Raised on pasture here in Ontario, our lamb is cared for from the farm to your table. The Lamb Braising Bundle includes four lamb shanks, bone-in lamb stew, a boneless lamb shoulder roast, and ground lamb, giving you plenty to make hearty, comforting meals. Perfect for slow Sundays, family dinners, and filling the freezer with local lamb you’ll be happy to serve.

Please place your order before 3:00 pm for next business-day pickup. Weekend orders will be ready on Tuesday. Pickup hours are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
